From June 2024 to July 2025, as New Era University journeyed toward its historic 50th founding anniversary, the institution marked a period of unprecedented triumphs in various fields. Among these were milestones in quality assurance — achieved through rigorous accreditation processes by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA), the Association of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities – Accrediting Council, Inc. (ACSCU-ACI), and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) — which stand as a testament to NEU’s enduring commitment to academic excellence. As the University celebrated its golden jubilee, these achievements became shining affirmations that NEU’s half-century legacy is not just about the past it honors, but the future it continues to build — a future grounded in world-class education anchored on Christian values.

The University proudly garnered notable accreditation achievements across its academic programs, as shown below:

In particular, the NEU College of Education has achieved a high level of academic excellence that CHED recognized it as one of eight (8) schools and universities in the National Capital Region (NCR) to be given the Excellence in Quality Assurance in Teacher Education (EQUATE) Award last April 2, 2025.

These 13 academic and institutional triumphs come on the heels of a milestone achieved by the NEU School of Graduate Studies just a year earlier, when its programs in Doctor of Philosophy in Education (PhD), Master of Arts in Education (MAEd), and Master in Business Administration (MBA) earned Level III Accreditation from the ACSCU-ACI.

Reflecting on the journey that the University has taken to reach this stage, University President and Chairman of the NEU Board of Trustees Bro. Alberto R. Domingo, Jr, EdD. stated that the accreditation levels reached by NEU is a result of dedicated effort by the various colleges to reach world-class excellence. Still, the journey is not yet finished, as the University continues to pursue even greater successes, ever relying on the help and guidance of God.
