The College Aims To:

To qualify for admission, an entering freshman must be:
1. Grade 12 graduates ofAY2017-2018,Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) and Entrepreneurship (Entrep) Tracks.
2. Grade 12 graduates of AY2017-2018, NON-Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) and Entrepreneurship (Entrep) Tracks, however, additional 12 units of Non-Credit Basic Business Core Subjects must be taken:

5. Have passed the CollegeAdmission Test with an average of 85 percent of higher;

In the School Year 1978-1979, New Era Educational Institute (NEEI) initially offered twelve (12) collegiate programs, among them were the BSBA Marketing and a 2-year Junior Secretarial program headed by its first College Dean, Dean Antonio A.M. Aledo.
The opening of the collegiate department necessitated the expansion of the school's physical make-up. In June 1978, the collegiate department transferred to a modern four-storey edifice along Commonwealth Avenue in Diliman, Quezon City. This was then called Evangelical College (EVCO) building.
In 1986, the undergraduate courses including the Institute of Business Education and Administration (IBEA) was transferred to its new building located in Central Avenue, New Era, Quezon City offering its additional courses, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Business Administration (BSBA) major in Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing, and 2-Year Computer Secretarial. Upon granting University status to New Era, Institute of Business Education and Administration (IBEA) became College of Business Education and Administration (CBEA).
In 2011, Dean Isagani T. Sabado assumed the Dean of the College of Business Education and Administration (CBEA) when Dean Antonio A.M. Aledo retired.
In July 2014, the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy was spinned off and the College of Accountancy has been created. Dean Sabado was appointed as Dean of the College of Accountancy and Dean Emilia M. Mananghaya as the third Dean of the now College of Business Administration (CBA). Two (2) more programs were added, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate Management in 2014.
In February 2015, the College has obtained the PACUCOA Level III Accreditation status.
In June 2016, the University implemented the verticalization of the programs. The Master of Business Administration programs, MBA General Program, MBA Specializations in Human Resource Management and Organization Development has been spinned off from School of Graduate Studies (SGS) to the Graduate School of Business. In the same year Doctor of Business Administration was offered.
At present, the following programs were offered in the College of Business Administration (CBA): Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major Legal Management, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management.
At present, the following programs were offered in the College of Business Administration (CBA): Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major Legal Management, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management.
The College of Business Administration offered short-term programs to enhance the business school of Entrepreneurs, Bookkeeping, Event Management, Customers Service, Front Desk Management, Organizational Management and English for Business Professionals, Programs for managers who want to further develop the managerial and leadership skills and competencies.
In June 2019, the first batch of Real Estate Management (REM) graduates took the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination and bagged the Top 8 and Top 9 spots in Real Estate Broker (REB) Licensure Examinations.
In August 2019, Real Estate Manangement (REM) graduates took the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination and four (4) of the graduates placed Top 5, Top 6 and Top 10 that made New Era University as one of the Top Five (5) Performing Schools in Real Estate Management. Additional specializations in Master in Business Administration is offered, MBA in International Relations.
As the College of Business Administration celebrates its 41st year, it marked another milestone as the Church Administration inaugurated the new building, the School of Management that will house the Graduate School of Business, College of Business Administration (CBA), College of Accountancy (COA) , and College of Computer Studies (CCS).

BSBA–Major in Financial Management
The Financial Management Program prepares students for a career in the wider
field of financial management as owners, part of management, or as employees of
enterprises and firms engaged in investment and banking, brokering and dealing,
and financial consultancy whether locally or internationally, with a respectable
degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity. The Program instills in the students the
rigor of utilizing analytical tools and perspectives to make sound and competitive
financial decisions.
BSBA–Major in HumanResource Development and Management
The HRDM Program prepares students for a career in the wider field of Human
Resource Management in various businesses, whether in manufacturing, marketing,
and service sectors, or in different types of industries such as pharmaceutical,
semi-conductor, food and beverage, banking industries, and other types of
organizations, whether locally or internationally, with a respectable degree of
integrity, objectivity, and equity. The Program instills in the students the ability to
lead and manage manpower by helping them acquire and develop skills and
competencies to make them more competitive before they engage in strategic
decisions in the business environment influenced by global competition.
BSBA–Major in Legal Management
The Legal Management Program prepares students for a Law program or a career
in the wider field of Law as legal researchers, public or private administrators, or
employees with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity. The
Program provides students with practical knowledge and skills regarding the laws
and principles as applied in the Philippine legal system and prepares them to cope
with the rigor of law school.
BSBA–Major in Marketing Management
Marketing Management Program prepares students to be responsive to the total
marketing environment by providing them with technical skills and competencies
in the areas of marketing as owners, part of management, or as employees, with a
respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity in local or international
setting. The Program combines theories with actual or practicum activities to give
the students broad and enriched base for career in marketing.
BS Entrepreneurship
The BS Entrepreneurship Program prepares students to start and manage their own
business by pursuing opportunity and maximizing use of available resources,
whether locally or internationally, with a respectable degree of integrity,
objectivity, and equity. The Program instills in individual’s entrepreneurial spirit
by helping them design their own career paths and create value for the varying
aspects of community.
BS Real Estate Management
The BS REM Program prepares students in the local or international real estate
industry as leaders in the practice of salesmanship, brokerage, and consultancy in
various corporations and institutions and in the practice of realty assessment or as
accredited appraisers in our government with a respectable degree of integrity,
objectivity, and equity. The Program enables students to examine real-world best
practices in the increasingly complex real market.
