ADMISSION PROCEDURE

STEP 1: ONLINE

  • Submission of Requirements in Digital Form through the Admission Form
  • Requirements:
    • Accomplished Photo Released form
    • Proof of Identification (Birth Certificate, any Government-issued ID, 2x2 picture with white background)
      • For Freshmen:
        • Senior High School/ Report Card (F-138)
        • Good Moral Certificate
    • For Transferees and Graduate School:
      • Transcript of Records
      • Transfer Credential Certificate/Honorable Dismissal

STEP 2: ADMISSION OFFICE - 1ST FLOOR, ROOM M106

(Officially starting on June 1, 2026)

  • Submission of Documents (Hardcopy)
  • Validation of Submitted Documents
  • Filling-up and submission of the Photo Consent Form/ Data Privacy Form
  • Generation of General Student Personal Information Sheet (GSPIS)

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

STEP 1: MEDICAL CONSULTATION (COLLEGE CLINIC - M235)

  • Submission the following:
    • X-Ray Results
    • Physical Exam Results
  • Consultation & Issuance of Medical Clearance

STEP 2: DEAN'S ADVISING & ENCODING OF SUBJECTS (RESPECTIVE DEAN'S OFFICE)

  • Interview, Allow Enrollment, Course Advising and Encoding of Subjects

STEP 3: PAYMENT OF FEES (CASHIER - M201 to M202)

  • Payment of Matriculation Fee (Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees)
  • Issuance of Certificate of Matriculation (COM) and Official Receipt (OR) to the Student
    NOTE: PERMANENT STUDENT NUMBER will be reflected in the COM

STEP 4: APPLICATION OF ID & OTHER INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNTS (ONLINE)

  • Log-in to your NEU Institutional Email (if you do not have an institutional email yet, please request through the CSD Helpdesk through the QR Code).
  • Submit your picture and signature

What is the College Enrollment Procedure for the NEU SHS Graduate?
  1. Submission of Requirements
    Prepare the digitized copy of following documents:
    • PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
    • 2x2 Picture with white background
    • For Freshmen:
  2. Pre-qualification
    After document verification, you will be notified by the Admission Officer of your Admission Test schedule and Room Assignments.
  3. Admission Test
    • Go to your respective Testing Room 30 minutes before the scheduled time
    • Payment will be collected at the Testing Room before the examination proper
  4. Notification of Results
    • Send an email to your College Department 5-7 working days after the test to inquire about your NEU-CAT results.
    • You will be endorsed to the respective Dean's Office for Interview, Advising, and Enrollment.
What are the Requirements for Foreign Students who wish to study at NEU?
  1. Certificate of Eligibility
    • Provide Certificate of Eligibility to study in the Philippines from Department of Education
  2. Scholastic Records/Transfer of Credentials
    • Submit Scholastic Records/Transfer of Credentials duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate General or Philippine Embassy with English Translation, if written in other foreign language ("SEEN and NOTED" stamp is not acceptable)
  3. 2x2 Identical ID Pictures
    • Six (6) copies of 2x2 identical ID Pictures white background with printed name and signature of applicant at the back.
  4. Letter of Intent
    • For INC Member: Certificate of Membership
    • For NON-INC Member: Letter of Intent from the applicant and Endorsement Letter from the INC member and a Local Resident Minister of INC Locale nearest to applicant's residence attesting to his/her being good and law abiding citizen.
  5. Authenticated copy of Good Moral Certificate (from previous school)
  6. Birth Certificate of Applicant
    • If born abroad with foreign citizenship: Birth Certificate duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate General or Philippine Embassy.
    • If born abroad with Filipino Parent/s: Philippine Statistics Authority Report of Birth, (3) If born in the Philippines with Filipino Parent/s - Birth certificate duly authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
