Admission Requirements

A. For undergraduate Programs

  • Accomplished (completely & Correctly) Application for Admission
  • High School Card (Form 137) from former school and/orresult of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT)
  • Four (4) pieces latest 2”x2” photos (complete name and program at the back).
  • Proof of payment of application fee of Php 500.00.

B. For Graduate Program

  • Accomplished (completely & Correctly) Application for Admission
  • Original copy of transcript of records (TOR) for all degrees earned (original with photo-copy)
  • Four (4) pieces latest 2”x2” photos (complete name and program at the back).
  • Proof of payment of application fee of Php 500.00.

C. Home Intervention Program (Basic Education)

  • Accomplished (completely & Correctly) Application for Admission
  • Card (Form 138)
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • FORM 137 (copy for New Era University)
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 2x2 picture 6 pcs
  • 1 pc - 4r size family picture
  • Diploma (kinder/grade 6/grade 10) – photocopy only
  • From school abroad - All Credentials MUST be Authenticated /Red Ribboned, with Philippine Passport.

The whole Admission Process will be done electronically:

  • STEP No. 1 - The Applicant must send the information needed to online_inquiry@neu.edu.ph. Write ADMISSION INQUIRY, as the subject.
  • STEP 3 - Click the tab for PARENTS/STUDENTS; STEP 4 - Click Admission and Choose New Registration.
  • STEP 5 - Select the category from the choices made available for you.
  • STEP 6 - Fill out the General Student Personal Information Sheet (GSPIS) by indicating first your PREVIOUS SCHOOL using the drop down menu. If your previous school is not among the listed in the drop down menu, select OTHER (Not on the List); IMPORTANT: For the COURSE PROGRAM, Please SELECT ONLY the NEU ONLINE EDUCATION. Error committed may affect your entire registration;
  • STEP 7 - SELECT ONLY the COURSE that HAS THE “OU” MARKED beside the Program of CHOICE. These Programs are under NEU ONLINE EDUCATION.
  • STEP 8 - CLICK baccalaureate to proceed to the personal data information.
  • STEP 9 - FILL OUT the entire form to complete the admission process.
  • STEP 10 - Click “PROCEED, ”a temporary student number will appear on the screen. copy the number.
  • STEP 11 - Print the gspis, scan the copy and send the copy to online_inquiriy@neu.edu.ph along with the other requirements such as:
    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • Transcript of Records
    • Honorable Dismissal
    • Certificate of Good moral Character
    • Certificate of Employment (for working students)
    • A sworn statement of no current enrolment in any colleges or university.
    • For transferees: a sworn statement to express willingness to undergo on the job training (ojt) as part of the academic requirement.
  • STEP 12 – SEND a clear scanned copy of the required documents for evaluation, please notify the OED staff for further instructions.
