Admission
Admission presupposes that a student’s application has satisfactorily met all the entrance requirements of the University. Enrolment in the University is a contractual relationship between the students and the Administration. A student is admitted with definite understanding that he and his parents or guardians agree to comply with the scholastic standards of the University and its rules governing student’s behavior. The administration is empowered to deal with violations in accordance with its systems of discipline and guidance. Admission to the University is made with no discrimination on the grounds of religious belief, race, sex, age or physical disability. A student seeking admission to the University must be a graduate of a standard secondary course offered by a duly recognized school and must have passed the NEU Admission Test and Medical & Physical Examination. A student whose eligibility for admission has been verified must submit to the Registrar or his authorized representatives the following:
For NEU-Senior High School Graduates
1.Account Creation and Registration
- Request for log-in credentials (temporary username and password) using the link, LINK
- Using the provided credentials, proceed to the NEU AUTOMATE and update your profile
*Take note of your TEMPORARY STUDENT NUMBER
*Save and download the GSPIS for future use
2. Submission of Initial Requirements through this LINK
Prepare the digitized copy of the following initial requirements:
i. Proof of Identification (Birth Certificate, or any Government-issued ID)
ii. 2x2 ID Picture with white background
iii. Report of Grades
- For Freshmen - Senior High School Report Card (F-138)
- For Transferees and Graduate School – Transcript of Records/ Transfer Credential Certificate
3. Pre-qualification
- The Admissions Office will evaluate your requirements
- You will be notified by the Admissions Office of the following via e-mail
- Admission Test Schedule
- Other documentary requirements
4. Admission Test and Submission of other Requirements
- Go to your respective Testing Room 30 minutes before the test
- Payment ang other requirements will be collected at the Testing Room before the examination proper
5. Notification of Results
- Results will be sent by the Admission Office to your registered e-mail address 5 – 7 days after the Test
- You will be endorsed to the respective Dean’s Office for Advising, and Enrollment
Admission Procedure (for NON-NEU Senior High School Graduates)

- Click the “New User? Click here to Register.” Link
- Create your personal record
*Take note of your TEMPORARY STUDENT NUMBER
*Save and download the GSPIS for future use

Provide Certificate of Eligibility to study in the Philippines from

Letter of Intent
(1) For INC Member - Certificate of Membership, (2) For NON-INC Member - Letter of Intent from the applicant and Endorsement Letter from the INC member and a Local Resident Minister of INC Locale nearest to applicant's residence attesting to his/her being good and law abiding citizen.

Scholastic Records/Transfer of Credentials
Submit Scholastic Records/Transfer of Credentials duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate General or Philippine Embassy with English Translation, if written in other foreign language ("SEEN and NOTED"
stamp is not acceptable)

Authenticated copy of Good Moral Certificate (from previous school)

2"x2" Identical ID Pictures
Six (6) copies of 2"x2" Identical ID Pictures white background with
printed name and signature of applicant at the back.

Birth Certificate of Applicant
(1) If born abroad with foreign citizenship - Birth Certificate duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate General or Philippine Embassy,
(2) If born abroad with Filipino Parent/s - Philippine Statistics Authority Report of Birth, (3) If born in the Philippines with Filipino Parent/s - Birth certificate duly authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades
Submit an original copy of Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades

Transfer Credential Certificate or Honorable Dismissal
Request from your previous school a Transfer Credential Certificate or Honorable Dismissal and submit it to the Registrar of NEU.

Admission and Enrollment Procedure for New Students (Preschool, Grade School, and Junior High School)
1. Fill-out online Application Form thru this link application form. Attach digitized Form 138/SF-9, Good Moral Certificate, and PSA
Birth Certificate, ESC Certificate (for ESC Grantees) most recently taken passport size ID
photo and signed the (Signed Requirement Agreement Form)
You will receive the application evaluation result through email.
2. Pay the Admission Processing Fee at the Cashier‘s Office or through online payment portal payment.neu.edu.ph.
3. Present the Official Receipt (OR) at the Guidance Office and get the schedule for Entrance Test. After taking the examination, you will receive the result through email.
4. Undergo an interview with the Office of Student Discipline (OSD) personnel.
5. Submit Chest X-ray film with the result and Medical Certificate at the Integrated School (IS) Clinic. Upon approval, you will receive an assessment of matriculation fees and payment procedure through email.
6. Pay the matriculation fee at the Cashier’s Office or through the online payment portal and receive the Certificate of Matriculation (COM) and the Official Receipt (OR).

1. Fill-out online Registration Form thru this link application form. Attach digitized Form 138/SF-9, Student’s Clearance, most recently taken passport size ID photo and signed the (Signed Requirement Agreement Form).
You will receive the registration evaluation result through email.
2. Pay the matriculation fee at the Cashier’s Office or through the online payment portal https://payment.neu.edu.ph and receive the Certificate of Matriculation (COM) and the Official Receipt (OR).
