On November 29, 2024, under the leadership of Dr. Alberto R. Domingo Jr., Chairperson of the Board of Trustees and University President, New Era University (NEU) launched the NEU C.A.R.E.S. for Community: TABANG Kang New Era University initiative. This heartfelt outreach effort was organized to extend a helping hand to our fellowmen in Naga City, Camarines Sur, who have been significantly affected by recent typhoons in our country.
The event was held at Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, Pili, Camarines Sur Branch, where nearly 1,400 residents received essential items such as clothes, shoes, toys for children, books, and school supplies.
This initiative demonstrates NEU’s unwavering commitment to compassion, service to humanity, and solidarity. It stands as a testament to our mission of providing support and relief to those in need and embodies the spirit of bayanihan that unites us all.
