The New Era University Rizal Branch, the fifth and newest branch of the University, occupies a 50-hectare tract of hilly land in Pinugay, Rizal. The site is about 38km from the NEU Main Campus, and takes about 1.5 hours by car through the Marikina-Infanta Hwy (Marilaque Hwy/Marcos Hwy/R6) to the NEU Rizal Branch. The NEU Rizal Branch Campus has a rural and rustic environment that provides tranquility, fresh unpolluted air, and clear water. Close to the foot of the majestic Sierra Madre Mountain Range, the Campus provides a picturesque view of relatively undisturbed hills and mountain slopes, and possesses different land terrains- from flat to undulating to sloping, which are either open or covered with trees. A stream also traverses the Campus. These features are ideal for studying agriculture, making the site ideal for the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Program of the Church.

The NEU Rizal Branch is about 10 km or 20 minutes by car to the Masungi Georeserve-described by Wikipedia as“the first conservation project in the Philippines. It is situated in the Southern Sierra Madre range in Baras, Rizal, 47 kilometres east of Manila. It centers on the geological formations of Masungi Rock, at an elevation of 640 metres”. This is just a stone throw away for the Branch; surely staff, students, and visitors can commune with nature in this nearby popular national park.
